Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY


1. Carrier requires a deposit 15% to reserve bus. Automatic cancellation if deposit not received within 15 days of receipt of contract.
2. Balance due in office 14 days prior to departure date. Deposit refundable if trip is cancelled three (3) weeks prior to departure date. If charter party cancels charter movement after period specified, carrier reserves the right to assess a charge up to 50% of the tariff charges, plus whatever expenses may have been incurred.

DISCLAIMER


1. All baggage and other personal property is handled at the passenger’s own risk, and only in the amount that can be conveniently carried in the chartered coach. Heritage is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
2. Any damage to the exterior or interior of the coach by the charter party will be charged by the carrier to the charter party.
3. Houston Transportation Solutions, reserves the right to substitute equipment if in our sole discretion a substitution is necessary.
4. Houston Transportation Solutions is not be liable for loss of time due to mechanical or inclement weather.

PAYMENT POLICY


1. The client is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and separate driver(s) accommodations.
2. This order is not assigned a coach until the deposit is received.
3. Failure to adhere to our payment policy will result in the cancellation of this order.
4. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
5. All major credit cards accepted. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
6. We reserve the right to have 30 days before refunds.
